Empire Today, No Hassle!
We were looking for someone to install carpets in our new condo. Part of the process was taking up some laminate flooring. Not knowing where to begin, we remembered the advertising on television from Empire Today. We called them and explained what we were looking for. From the first contact we made for an estimate to the actual installation, we were inpressed! All personnel were highly professional, on time and completed the project quickly and with expertise. Clean up was awesome not just in our condo but the hallway and loading area outside. There was a defect in one of the carpets that you could not see at first and when I notified the company a couple days later they quickly sent out an inspector who verified that the carpet needed to be replaced. No hassle! It was replaced within two days and now looks perfect. I must say that the appointment center, the salesperson who came out, the installers, the inspector and the customer service department were all very caring people who demonstrated they wanted everything to be perfect for us and proceeded accordingly and in a professional and very timely manner. I was quite impressed and would certainly recommend Empire to anyone who is looking for a reputable company with outstanding service, follow through and product. I might also add that their prices were very comparable to other estimates we received from companies.
