I had never purchased a home product, such as carpeting, before, and was very nervous about having a company name like Empire Today handling my carpet installation. But they were fantastic. The customer rep was on time, professional, and friendly. He did not hassle me about other products and services, and helped me select the product that best suited my needs (I have a dog who just had puppies, and was concerned about pet damage). The installers were on time and finished the job quickly and professionally! I am so impressed with the service that I received, and give my highest recommendation for anyone shopping for carpeting.

I JUST HAD 3 ROOMS OF CARPETING INSTALLED IN MY NEW APARTMENT. IT LOOKS & FEELS FABULOUS.
THE 2 INSTALLERS WERE EXTREMLY PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEGEABLE.
THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING.
THE DID A VERY CLEAN & PERFECT JOB.
I WOULD RECCOMEND EMPIRE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR FABULOUS CARPETING & INSTALLATION.

Wow. Thank you Empire Today! I just wanted to tell you that the two installers came about 10:30 in the morning, were done by 5:30 that afternoon, and the installation exceeded my expectations. Every cut, every nook and cranny was cut with perfection.
Even the edge of the stairs, which wrap under about an inch from the edge, the installers cut with perfection!
I am very pleased with Empire and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Great service manager communication – thank you Bill. My initial scheduling experience was not favorable but the service manager stepped in and resolved the issue immediately. I had 6 rooms of carpeting installed next day. The installers were courteous, friendly, and the workmanship is excellent. My entire family is very pleased with our new carpet.

Empire did an excellent installation job in a timely manner. We had 3 rooms of carpet installed; 2 bedrooms and our living room. The Sales Representative and the installers were great to work with. We will be going to Empire Today for all of our flooring needs in the future.

Empire Today did a great job with our new Empire Carpet. They were very timely and efficient. The carpet in on our indoor patio looks amazing and the living room looks as if it was expanded 2 feet in every direction. The sales rep was informative and polite, the installers were gracious and took perfect care of our furniture as it was moved out before installation and back in post installation. Thanks Empire Today our carpet looks GREAT!!

We recently had carpet installed in our new addition. We have two young, adventurous boys who make shopping very difficult. We decided to call Empire Carpet and are very thankful we did. The representative that came to our house was very helpful and efficient, she made shopping for carpet easy! The two men that installed our carpet were incredible! They worked so hard and did a great job. We will call Empire Today again for future carpet needs.

The service I got from Empire Today was great. From the first meeting with Ben the sales rep, down to the installation team everything was quick and professional. The carpet is of the highest quality and looks great. the pricing was very competitive also. They took the time to listen to my wants & needs and went above and beyond to meet them both. Thank you Empire today for my great new floors! I will be coming back for more in the future.
