Outstanding Customer Service From Empire Today

The customer service with Empire Today is awesome. The sales person was very patient and professional. I was having trouble deciding which carpet to choose and he went above and beyond to get me the carpet that I wanted. I had window treatments, too, and from start to finish – customer service is outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way. They followed up after the carpet and window treatments were installed to be sure I was happy with the products and service. The installers were great…very competent. I had a very bad experience 20 years ago re: carpet installation with another company and I just can’t speak highly enough of this company.
