Our salesperson, Marilyn Burnham, was excellent… she was very thorough, explained everything in detail and helped us select the perfect carpet for our home. In addition, the installers did an excellent job, cleaned up as they went along, and were very professional. I would certainly recommend Empire to others.

Very impressed with my spur of the moment appointment I made online. Scheduled the day before Thanksgiving and carpet was In three bedrooms by Saturday. Absolutely no complaints. Our sales person was prompt and helpful in determining what I needed and working with our budget. The installers were the best carpet installers I’ve ever had. Moved furniture and worked neatly. Would recommend Empire to anyone and just might use more of their services I wasn’t aware of.

Our salesman Corey, was wonderful. My teenagers even want to adopt him as part of the family. The installers were awesome! Super nice guys, knew what they were doing, and stayed until the job was done. The carpet is beautiful; it has completely transformed my home. If looks amazing and feels so good, my daughter considered sleeping on the floor tonight. Highly recommend, especially if you get Alfredo and Mark as your installers. Top notch!!

I love Empire Today! I can’t say enough good things about them. They truly deserve their A+ rating from BBB. I called. The salesperson came the next day. She brought lots of samples to show me. She never pressured me. She was very professional and helpful. I picked a carpet. I was given higher grade padding for no extra charge. The salesperson helped me get financing. The installers came the next day. They worked quickly and efficiently and put everything back the way it was. Within 48 hours of my phone call my basement was turned into a playroom for my grandchildren. The carpet was just what I wanted. It was an amazing experience. I recommended Empire to my daughter. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
