We purchased about 700 square feet of laminate flooring and carpet.  After we notified Empire that we were disheartened that Empire could not use laminate on our stairs, Empire agreed to carpet 3 bedrooms at no extra charge. Further, one of the bedrooms developed a snag which started to unravel. Empire replaced the entire bedroom. We would never use another company for our flooring needs.
