My house flooded in 12/11. My family, including an infant, had to be moved to a motel. The week from Hades! I have a disability so I just had to watch as others tried to save things, clean, do repairs. I felt totally overwhelmed & helpless-the stress was incredible. I have limited income & Empire Today was tremendously creative to work out the financial end of things. Within a week, the cleaners had come & carpet was installed. They would have come sooner had the area been ready for installation. I dealt with Bill in the South Seattle office. I credit his efforts to relieving much of my mental duress. He kept in touch for updates & I knew relief was in sight. Thank you Bill & THANK YOU EMPIRE CARPETS!!!
