We are very happy customers, but that was not initially the case. We purchased carpet for our entire home, but after 9 months felt the carpet was not wearing well and not of the quality it had been represented to be. We voiced our complaint to Empire, but after an evaluation by an “independent” carpet expert, we were told there was no problem with the carpet. But clearly, in our view, there was. After several conversations with local and corporate customer service reps and management, our issue was resolved. Our carpet was replaced with lovely new carpet which is substantially better than what was originally delivered. Special kudos to Andrea, from the metro Detroit customer service office, as well as Laura from the corporate office who listened patiently and worked with us to achieve a fair and equitable resolution. We love our new carpet.

Hello there, we recently remodeled our basement and wanted to get something softer then our old laminate flooring for our kids new play area in the basement. We called the big box stores and didn’t really like what they had so we called Empire Today and within 1 week of our appointment we had new textured carpet installed. A very Happy Customer……
I think I have a little different story, and I feel that I have to share my experience. We needed new carpet in our family room I seen the ads on TV and thought I would give Empire a try. I called the number from the TV and set up a appointment. My salesman came and he was great we picked out a carpet and it was installed 2 days later. I just absolutely hated it. I thought oh my gosh I just spent this money for something that I just hate. I called my salesman and told him that I really was not happy at all with the carpet it was not what I expected. He apologized and said that he would call me back. Not long after a customer service rep called and talked to me about everything, she then told me that she would have Brandon my salesman call me and set up a time to come back out so that I could pick out a new carpet. I thought wow, they are going to let me replace this carpet. Brandon came over the next business day and told me that they would replace all the carpet that was installed and even gave me a upgrade a no additional charge and this was because we did have a little mishap that was quickly fixed. Within 2 days they came out and replaced the carpet. The new carpet is wonderful, I have never seen a company that truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. I still cannot believe that they replaced the carpet. I would recommend them to everyone. They truly do want to make the customer happy! Thank you Charlotte Empire Today and thank you Brandon. We are so HAPPY with our new flooring, we had tile, carpet and laminate flooring laid all with in 3 days. Each installer was very polite and professional.
