From the sales consultant Ambre to the installation the experience with empire today was excellent. The installers arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and professional They did a great job cleaned up in the amount of time we were quoted The new carpet looks great. Empire Today is a class organization I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Empire Today….

A very Happy Customer……
I think I have a little different story, and I feel that I have to share my experience. We needed new carpet in our family room I seen the ads on TV and thought I would give Empire a try. I called the number from the TV and set up a appointment. My salesman came and he was great we picked out a carpet and it was installed 2 days later. I just absolutely hated it. I thought oh my gosh I just spent this money for something that I just hate. I called my salesman and told him that I really was not happy at all with the carpet it was not what I expected. He apologized and said that he would call me back. Not long after a customer service rep called and talked to me about everything, she then told me that she would have Brandon my salesman call me and set up a time to come back out so that I could pick out a new carpet. I thought wow, they are going to let me replace this carpet. Brandon came over the next business day and told me that they would replace all the carpet that was installed and even gave me a upgrade a no additional charge and this was because we did have a little mishap that was quickly fixed. Within 2 days they came out and replaced the carpet. The new carpet is wonderful, I have never seen a company that truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. I still cannot believe that they replaced the carpet. I would recommend them to everyone. They truly do want to make the customer happy! Thank you Charlotte Empire Today and thank you Brandon. I truly am happy now

We are so HAPPY with our new flooring, we had tile, carpet and laminate flooring laid all with in 3 days. Each installer was very polite and professional. We realy have to mention Oscar, Caecar and Hiame they did and excellent job!!! We would surely use Empire Today again. WE NEEDED NEW CARPET AAAAAHHHHH!!! Our carpet was by far the ugliest you have ever seen. With a baby on the way and a 2 year old who walked, crawled and did other things on ALREADY animal worn carpet you can probably guess what we needed. My mother from Colorado had worked with Empire and said since they are out of Chicago maybe we can give them a try. We called last Monday and the installers just left today. We are pumped about our new carpet and cannot wait for the little ones to destroy this one as well. Thanks for everything empire today!!

We had used Empire about 20 years ago to Carpet our old home. Back then, we had kids and pets that ripped up the carpet pretty bad over time. Needless to say, since the children were out of the house and pets long gone we needed a smaller home. Once we found our new house we wanted to re carpet the entire downstairs which we thought would be a grueling process, but it wasn’t. We made an appointment, had a salesmen at our house the next day and the installers there by the end of the week. The price was fair, the product is strong and we are grateful to Empire Today for coming through 2 decades later.

I had a Empire install a carpet in my home about 10 months ago. Every time I vacuumed the shedding would be extensive. Finally I called. First they sent a representative over to take samples. Then they sent a outside consultant, a professional, to examine, photo, and sample the rug. Apparently it was defective and the roll was taken out of the factory. Empire is installing a new floor for me. I cannot believe how impressed I am with Empire – they are truly as good as their word and that is so rare. From another place, I might have found myself stuck or at least in a battle. Thank you Empire.

We received quality service from our salesperson Tom Bryant and our installer team lead Omar. Both were on time, professional and dealt with us with respect and care. We met with Tom on Saturday and our carpet was installed and complete by Monday afternoon. Everything about the process went off without a hitch.
